We took the bus to Melaka, an historical port town about 2 hours away from KL. This was our first meal in Melaka -- cendol. It's shaved ice with a variety of goodies under the ice like green been noodles, red beans, grass jelly and it's all topped off with a gula melaka syrup. very refreshing and delicious.
